1. Unless initially discussed, the final piece is for personal, non commercial use.*

Alterations, reproductions, or removal of the artist's signature are not permitted for monetary purposes such as, but not limited to physical or digital merchandise, NFTs & blockchain, AI training, or resale are prohibited. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and loss of rights to artwork.*Commercial Rights Policy
Commercial rights can be discussed before payment and must be agreed upon by both parties.
A release form will be tailored to your project, and both parties must sign. Any additional attachments must include clear signatures from both parties for validity. Purchased rights allow the holder to alter the artwork, remove the artist's signature, resell, and create merchandise.You do NOT need Commercial Rights for usage on monetized social media platforms!

2. Payment is 50% estimation upfront via Paypal or Stripe.

• Currency is in USD. I will provide conversions for anyone outside the US.
• 50/50 is my method. Cost estimations are based on how long a project typically takes.
• The est. will differ from the final price. (50% est upfront + true remainder upon completion)
• You will be notified should the project need more time than estimated.
• No refunds after sketch has begun. Full refund if project has not started.False chargebacks with no discussion will be treated as a violation of TOS, resulting in a permanent blacklist.

3. Artistic process

• We discuss and lay out the basic idea of your commission. After, you will receive a cost est.
• You will be contacted throughout the process to ensure you're pleased with the direction.
• You have an unlimited amount of revisions during the sketch phase.
• Revisions cease once onto line & render. Color swaps or minor detail changes are accepted.
• Upon final payment, you will receive a large res & a small res, internet-friendly file.

4. I, choccomori, claim copyrights to the pieces produced.

Therefore, I may post the final, and sketch phases of artwork to social media, show footage of speed-paints, create artbooks, or use other forms of promotion and advertisement as I see fit.• If requested, the project may be kept off social media until its launch at your convenience.
• If requested, artwork may be kept out of all promotion methods at a discussed fee.
